Contact Me
Let’s be real: Whether you’ve had therapy before or this is your first time, finding a therapist can be a huge pain. Just like any relationship, finding the right ‘fit’ is an important part of therapy. For that reason, I offer a free 15-minute phone consult. During this time, we can talk briefly about what has prompted you to reach out, I can share a bit about myself and what I offer, and you can ask any questions you have about me, my practice, or therapy in general. If for whatever reason we are not the right fit, I will gladly assist you by offering referrals for other therapists or community agencies that may be able to better support you. I’m looking forward to connecting with you! Feel free to call me or send me a message with the form below, and I will respond within two business days. If you are in crisis and needing immediate support, please see the list below for national and local hotlines you can call immediately to get the support you need.
Please be aware that my phone and email should not be considered a crisis line and I am not a provider of 24- hour crisis services. If you are needing immediate support, please reach out to the following resources and get the support you deserve:
